Warning.... Warning.... Warning....  This is not a politically correct website.  If it were I would be unable to help you...   To today's average American,  this is going to be a pretty radical document to read.  So fasten your seatbelts, and here we go............

The state of health of most Americans today is alarming to me.    Our older children and teens (and now I'm told even young children!) already show signs of artheroschlerosis,   our nation is usually listed as 23 or 24 out of that many industrialized nations on the health of the citizens,   there are at least 23 other nations where it is safer to give childbirth than our hospitals and on it goes.   Our leading cause of death is heart attacks (about 40 %- nearly every one is avoidable), our second leading cause is cancer- again,  a huge percentage is avoidable (the largest chunk of that with both sexes combined is colon/rectal cancer),  and our 3rd leading cause of death in this nation is classified as Iatrogenic (doctor caused) of which the largest portion of that is taking medical prescriptions AS PRESCRIBED.    95 percent of autopsies show that even if the cause of death wasn't cancer or heart related,  that both of those conditions are present at the time of death for people in our nation...  Vaccines are dangerous- the CDC and WHO have tons of data on those.  A great website if you are curious is www.thinktwice.com .  Where our nation does shine, however, is it is usually 1 or 2 for emergency care for accidents and we certainly commend and are very thankful to our highly skilled medical community for that.  I'm actually one of their victories (granted by God of course), having been rebuilt after a small plane crash in 1995 which left me the only survivor.  What a contrast.  What can be done?   Do we just shrug our shoulders and give up?   Let me sound a long resounding NOOOOOOOOOOOO....  We can do lots,    but it's up to you.    I can give you information,  but unless you apply it,  it's only information and won't help you....

Please note I'm going to be listing IDEALS.   For the ambitious I say GO FOR IT.   And going for it does have it's advantages in that those people are usually more successful in making changes that last.   BUT,  don't let that stop you.  If you are able to make some changes, and at the beginning of every month pick another item or two to change,  you are to be commended.  I realize change is hard,  but if you are tired of your state of health, or are real young and want to be proactive so you can maintain your health,  I suggest it will be so worth it and later you will be SO GLAD you did!   Wishing you the best and many of God's Blessings :).

Here's a note from a middle aged fellow I'm assisting dated 1/16/09  We are working with him on several health problems and have started first by just stabilizing his system with the below food recommedations.   They are not just a theory- they DO work :).  He was admitted into ER in Nov for an emergency stemming from his prescription, and contacted me in Jan, concerned about taking any more or different medications.  At this note we've been helping him about 2 1/2 weeks and he's applied the food changes radically.  When he's ready he'll start specifics for his issues... He is currently on blood pressure medication, which should NEVER be stopped cold turkey, and never without being under the care of a professional.  (I left out his yippees and woohoo's )....

"Blood pressure (at the Doc's) was ...124/80!!!

Weight: 315, down from 327 in Nov

Energy level is climbing daily!

Just had to share and say THANKS KAT for all your help and support.

More work to do but I'm getting there.

Oh yea,  my BGL this morning was 99! (blood glucose levels, he is diabetic, but stopped meds in Nov after ER visit).

Gotta love my apples and veggies!"

Things to avoid...    label reading is important, just because something is in a health food store does NOT MEAN it is healthy!

MSG-  There is a link on our website for this food additive.  Used to enhance flavors,  it also has a damaging effect and can be cumulative in the nervous system.  Depression, headaches, shakes and more can be caused by this.  It can be under over 40 headings without the name msg/monsodium glutamate being on the label for it to be in there.  Beware of protein, caseinate, isolate, spices, etc on the lables.  See our link page.

Hydrogenated/partially hydrogenated fats-  This altered fat is treated by your body as a synthetic.  Not knowing what to do with it most of it gets stored in cells.   Interacting with sunlight some think may cause some skin cancers.  Margarine is said to be just one molecule off from plastic.   We use olive oil abundantly here.

sugar/sugar substitutes- white sugar, corn syrup, aspartame, splenda, nutrasweet etc...  all are refined, processed, and even if not chemical, the body treats all of them as chemical.  All are excito toxins and have been documented to cause conditions ranging from depression to hyperactivity, mental illnesses, even suicidal tendencies.

Sugars you can use- in moderation-  are low heated raw agave,  evaportated cane juice (whole food unrefined cane), maple, birch, poplar syrups, raw honey.

salt and pepper info-   For salt use Redmond Realsalt (earthmined unrefined) or sea salts.  Braggs also offers a salt.  Dulse and Kelp may also be used.         For Pepper grind your own peppercorns.

refined salt has decaking chemicals in them, and have been cooked stripping them of nutrition and to your body,  it is now a chemical (you probably knew I was going to say that).   Ground pepper may have  insecticides in it.

All salt and pepper (really all seasonings including garlic) should be added once cooking is DONE,  and mixed thoroughly in the cooked foods.   Cooked salt and pepper can be organ damaging.  Raw fresh ground pepper is beneficial to the stomach and circulation.

dairy-  is mucous forming (catarrh or sticky gumminess) to the cells and digestive tract-  it makes a glue that sticks food inside of the linings of the digestive tract,  the veins and arteries, and every cell.   Goat milk is less so than cow milk, and we use a little raw goat milk perhaps 3 days per week- but you will see below the diet you need to be on to have that milk and not accumulate a problem for that.   Cow milk is very acidic and very damaging in any form.  Dairy also creates a mineral deficit in the body- meaning it will cause you to dump minerals faster then you will gain from consuming the product.  Storebought milks are full of hormones and antibiotics- every container will have them, and organic storebought is ultrapastuerized- ie dead.   You can't support a live body with a dead food.

meat-  also mucous forming, acidic, and mineral deficit causing. No fiber, very low on nutrients.  Linked to nearly 100% of all heart attacks, and the huge majority of cancers.    Broccoli, alfalfa, spirulina, comfrey, contain more protein per lb than does meat.
The only way to accumulate bad cholesterol is to eat animal products.      We eat a bit of meat once or twice a week as a CONDIMENT- a small part of the meal.   The meat is homeraised and drug free.  The healthier you become, the less you miss it.

flour/refined flour- also acidic and mucous forming. Has an affinity for gumming up the pancreas.  Use sprouted grain products instead- which are alkaline.

supplements-  unless it is a whole plant supplement, it will be treated by your body as a chemical.   Most supplements are bound together with petroleum products, and most are made from cheap synthetics (often purchased from Kodak labs), or from mineral sources (rock).  What these do over time is accumulate in body areas- the body has a hard time eliminating them,   which in turn can cause dis-ease in that area of storage.  They also, over time, can throw body chemistry off.  We only use greens products, juices, etc for our supplementation.

juices-  Fresh is best,  concentrates most often have sugar added to them (up to 20% without labeling requirments).   If you buy concentrates or bottled-   be sure it is 100% JUICE. no juice drink or juice cocktail which really is almost all corn syrup.

microwaves-  Well,  in hospitals unit of radiation have special lead walls and special lead vests for the technitions and patient.   Not so in our homes,  most leak radiation 24/7.  radiated food becomes carcinogenic, and radiated, and the nutrients are destroyed.   For an experiment,  place a growing wheat grass container in front of the microwave.  Even if you don't use it,  most will find the grass dead in an overnight or day....

Things to enjoy!

Raw fruits & juices- eat all you like. Great for snacks too. Make sure you chew your juices so your body can utilize them and they won't affect your diabetes if you have it.   For breakfast the best thing for your body is FRUIT, nothing else.  Remember that juices from concentrate have up to 20% sugar in the concentrate- which is not required to be labeled.  Also try to avoid pastuerized juices...  Juicers can be found used sometimes- the best always is a Champion....

Raw vegetables & juices- aim for at least a pound a day (that's a lot of lettuces!).  Iceberg lettuce has nearly NO nutrients, so choose other types.  Veggies, chard, kales, cabbages, leaf lettuces, cos lettuces, spinach, sprouts, mustard greens.....   It takes one 4 foot by 4 foot piece of earth to grow enough salad for one person's needs every day....

Yep- Avocados and Artichokes :)  You need HEALTHY fats for your brain and organs, and these have them.  I eat a 2 to 4 avocados a week...  Other healthful fats are olive oil, olives, starches like carrots and potatoes and non GMO corn.

Salad dressing ideas-
hummus- Take some garbanzo beans (chickpeas), tahini (sesame paste), lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and you have a nice tasting healthful salad dressing.  I spread this on spouted grain bread sometimes too and top with tomato and onion :O).

guacamole- mash up avocado, lemon or lime juice, salt, black pepper, some jalapeno if wanted, some garlic or onion if wanted, tomato,  and pour it on.

honey & lime or lemon or orange- lightly warm honey, mix with citrus juice and pour on your salad :).  Or on your fruit for desert.   Raw honey only please.  other types a adulturated (sugar added) and pastuerized.

Pesto-  Blend up some basil leaves, pine nuts, peeled garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and a tomato if wanted.  This is so good!

HomeMayo-  Blend 1 farm egg & 2 Tablespoons of RAW whole apple- apple cider vinegar  (ACV)(with the mother- Braggs is a well known brand but there are others regionally).  Slowly pour in 1 cup of olive oil with blender on.  add some salt and pepper.  optional:  garlic, onion, parsley, home made ranch spices, rosemary, chopped jalepeno.....  You can make this different every day.  The vinegar combats the harmful aspects of the egg...

Cider Vinegar & Olive Oil--  Place half and half of each and salt, pepper, maybe a pinch of evaporated cane juice, pressed garlic, dill or other herbs.  Shake.  Enjoy.   I keep some of this made up all the time. Remember to use a raw cider vinegar like Bragg's- I had a friend that made this with a namebrand pastuerized product and it didn't taste good....

Salsa- is a great salad dressing :).  Chop up some onion, tomatoe, cilantro, serrano or other pepper and add some lime juice and you have a Mexican staple.

Other Do's.......
Cooked vegatables- steam them so that the colors become bright.  plan for 1 lb per adult.  I take a pan,  put about 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch of water in ,  put in my sliced veggies (I always include onion!), put on a lid and bring to boil.  Shut off and let sit.  Always use STAINLESS with food.   Cast Iron and aluminum will go into your food with those types of pans and will change their chemistry/make up...

Sprouts-  like alfalfa, radish, clover, broccoli etc....   average 600 to 1000% more nutrition than that plant after it gets older....   Easy to make in your window sill and we use these a lot in the winter....

Meat as a condiment- sometimes I use this as salad dressing.  The oriental method of having a handful diced small is perfect.   After you cleanse for awhile and start eating a lot of greens you won't crave meat anyways.  I eat meat 1 or 2 x a week....  Be sure that meat is home raised without chemicals, natural raised or organic.

Sprouted grains & seeds- set them in hot water overnight in a thermos, and enjoy for breakfast.

RAW nuts/seeds  (peanuts are about the worst choice you can make in this deptment)-   I mix RAW cashews, RAW pumpkin seeds, RAW sunflower seeds, Raw almond slivers, unsulphered coconut, sometimes cinnamon, organic raisens...   I use this sometimes on salads or sprouted wheat cereals.  And we keep a bowel of this out all the time to grab as we walk by for a quick energy health packed snack.  Perfect for road trips or on the job....

Legumes (beans)-  Any kind of bean will work here- rose, garbanzo, pintos, kidneys....  Try to include some every day.  I like to put them on my salad too,  with salsa!

Soy- Soy is fine IF it is whole food soy- a product made with the WHOLE BEAN.   Whole food your body can use what it needs and discard the rest.   But soy protein products (the protein was isolated out) will cause problems.  Also make sure your soy is Non GMO.

Flax-  twice as much omega 3's as fish, without the mercury danger.  Either get gel capsules, and take 2 or 3 twice a day,  or get the seed and grind a teaspoon in a coffee grinder and pour on,  yep- your salad :).

Wheat Germ Oil-   Every person should be taking wheat germ oil.  It is an important food for your body to build hormones with.  It's IMPERATIVE for anyone, male or female, with hormonal issues....

Greens-  Greens are awesomeThere is not a single health condition that hasn't traditionally benefitted from these, in addition to students and athletes and hard working men and busy moms.  The good ones have several nutrient dense superfoods mixed together.   I mix a teaspoon in some juice 1 to 4 x a day....  Likely you will see benefits fast.   We happen to carry one we call God's Green's and offer it at a GREAT price....  8 oz instead of the normal 5.3 oz in the store that are priced higher than ours...

Molasses- Black Strap and Unsulphered- Plantain and Aunt Patty's are 2 that come to mind....  This is an important whole food source of iron and you can't harm yourself on it.  Excellent blood builder.  3 tablespoons per day.

Apple cider Vinegar-  Braggs or another brand with the mother in it- Helps alkalinize your body and improve cardiovascular health (really total body health but excellent for those veins and arteries). It also helps dissolve and remove the inorganic calcium layers that have stuck themselves on vein and arterie walls.  It may dissolve some mineral based cyts over time, and assist with the proper production of hydrochloric acid- whether it is too high or too low.  Any you use in salad dressing counts....

Cayenne-  Is cardiovascular everything- see the shopping cart site.   Very very important for cardiovascular health, also increases your endurance and is a whole food vitamin c and vitamin b complex.  Can take it in capsules or drink it in water (I drink mine).  start at 1/4 teaspoon and work up to a teaspoon 3x a day.

Garlic-  This is your natural antibiotic and immune system enhancer and feeds the flora of your digestive tract too!    It also will remove cholesterol off of your veins/arteries.   While you are cleaning avoid getting a blood cholesterol test- it will be sky sky high as it is pulled off it HAS TO circulate through your bloodstream to get out.  Make sure you have cleaned your bowels and your liver as the liver has to process the cholesterol as you release it....  6 RAW cloves a day. I press it into my salad or dressing.  Pills and gel tabs won't do the job.   Neither will prechopped store bought in a jar garlic....

Olive Oil-  Full of nutrition & immune system benefits, it's also important for a healthy digestive tract/liver bile duct health.  3 tablespoons a day and in your salad dressings count.  A person can actually be kept alive and in excellent health with nothing but water and olive oil.

Basically,  if it wasn't there at the Creation, you might want to think again before you eat it.

Cleanses- the what and why.  Cleanses are VERY FOUNDATIONAL for good health. If you take herbs and eat well,  but have NOT CLEANSED you have done less than 1/2 of the job and can expect less than 1/2 of the results!!!!!   We live in an industrialized nation and are exposed to toxins multiple times daily in multiple combinations- we breathe them, we touch them, and we eat them in our food and drinks, we put them under our arms, wash our hair with them, put them on our face and skin, furnish our houses with them, clean with them....   Just like our vehicles get tune ups to run well,  we need to do cleanses to tune up our body.  I'm not talking about fad purges- those 4 to 6 or 10 day things that don't have any long lasting health benefits- they just make you feel better for a bit without correcting any underlying problems that got you in that state to begin with.  But have the danger of making you 'think' you took care of the problem.... not good.....

Cleanses MUST be done in order.   To go out of order is to invite a trainwreck within your system.  You do not want to recirculate toxins in your body if it is not prepared to eliminate them.   If pregnant some of the cleanses can be done,  but must be done slowly with additional care.  To not cleanse is to leave all of those cancer & disease inducing substances in your system so that you can become another one of the 95% of our culture.

Cleansing Crisis-  Do know that as you start cleansing,   you will have time periods where you may feel ill, nauseated, extremely tired, even headaches.   That is because toxins have been uncovered and broken lose.   To speed their exit from your body drink lots of water- lots!   This lets you know that the products are working.  For those that feel aches- the location of the aches will tell you what area is being cleansed- interesting!  Cleansing crisis will become less frequent and less severe.  Just think of all that cancer promoting stuff you are getting OUT and be thankful!  I know that when I have a day or half day where I am extremely fatigued, that the next day I'm going to have a lot come out in the bathroom.... and it's always more than I had eaten (old layers coming out)....  Diarrhea, as the body flushes toxins fast, is normal in this process.  Some people have more, some have less.  Each is different.  Some people also have very hot diarrhea as it exits,  that will be related to the types of toxins in your body.  Again, each person is different.

It is best to start your cleanses the afternoon of your last day of work for the week...  for many people that would be friday- so start your juices and cleanse product that afternoon,  in case saturday finds you cleaning already.  :)

Bowels/digestive tract:   Better Bowels-   Traditional use is to heal, nurture, repair peristaltic action to the gut.  This is not a crutch but a 6 to 7 month program to restore your digestive tract.   It will also cleanse infections & stop bleeding that is exposed as layers of cleaning happen.   A person is supposed to have 3 to 5 bowel movements per day (1 at wakeup, 1 before bed, 1 after each meal).  It should NOT be formed or hard,  it should be soft and void itself without any exertion or work on your part.  And it should void within 24 hours of the food you have eaten.   There is a small amount of cayenne in the product, and you will feel it upon voiding- not hot,  but there.  You will get to where you don't or hardly  notice it.  It's a very important part of the formula...

Liver/gall bladder/Kidneys:   Fresh Start is the product to look for.  The liver is the organ of your body that every single toxin filters through.  It is also responsible for breaking down and eliminating hormones.    It stores glucose to work with your insulin for sugar regulation.  So a healthy liver is HUGELY important.  This is not just for people with elevated liver enzymes,   you are not generally tested for liver toxicity,  just the result of way too much for too long.   Everyone should maintain their liver so it can maintain themselves.  You'll find increased energy and general sense of well being after this organ is cleansed and restored.  Anyone that has had medications, been exposed to chemicals, vaccinations, etc needs to consider this.   Once you have your 3 to 5 bowel movements per day you may start this cleanse-  to do it before would have those toxins recircing through your body and resettling somewhere else.  Not what we want.  The herbs included will not just cleanse,  but  are used traditionally to help mend and restore a damaged liver- even if it's hepatitis or cirrhosis....  This product also does some mild kidney tune ups, but for those with a history of kidney/urinary tract issues they will want to also use DSolve below.

Kidneys/urinary tract:  DSolve.   Another delicate organ that has been abused by our diet and drink selection in this country.  This product traditionally has been used to nourish and tune up the entire tract and help eliminate any mineral buildup that is in this area- even if you haven't had any symptoms of stones.   A great maintenance product if you have already gone through stones.    This can be taken concurrently with Fresh Start/liver program.  This product is a plus for those who have a history of kidney/urinary tract problems.  Also a good support for those on catheters.

Blood/cells:   CanCieze-  Wow....   As clean as I thought I was running through the other cleanses,  this one finds more, much more...  This blend traditionally is a blood purifying cell toning blend that  can impact your entire body.  It may be started after you've worked on your organs & bowels 2 or 3 months.  This one will kick your energy level up even more....  My 4+ pollen and pet allergies are now gone,  after 37 years, after these cleanses...

Metals:  MetlCleanz- For those heavy metals  and heavy minerals that like to lodge in our bodies and in our BRAIN!  Arsenic, Mercury, Aluminum, Lead, and more....   This is a tea you will take several times a day and follow up at the end of the week with a hot bath with ginger in the water and drinking a couple quarts of yarrow tea to get you sweating good.    You will also have 2 lbs of epsom salts in your bathwater.  As you sweat good the now freed up metals can be pulled out by the epsom salts....  Then you get to repeat this a couple more weeks.... and then tune up as needed.   Amazing stuff....

This is VERY important for Autistics and any with brain/mental challenges or disorders.  These people have metal buildups in the brain (and maybe inorganic minerals see distilled water).  Autistics have lost the ability to get heavy metals out at all,  so we have to pull them out this way.   This cleanse is done after the other cleanses....

3 Day Juice Fast-   These will become an important part of your health program.  Fresh juiced juices are packed packed packed with minerals and phytochemicals.  There are over 10,000 phytochemicals just in a tomatoe- and those are just the ones that are currently known about- no man made supplement can touch that  :).

When you start your bowels cleanse you will WANT to also start a 3 day juice cleanse.   This replaces lost mucous and toxic material with alkalizing nutrients.  It also reduces the chance that you become constipated when you start your bowel cleanse-  as material falls off the walls of your digestive tract, it can plug you up.  You need to keep it moving out and this is how you do it.

If you are diabetic you CAN do the juice fast.  REMEMBER to chew your juice and swish it around to mix a lot of saliva with it,  then you'll have NO problems.

You will alternate glasses of juice with glasses of distilled water,  all day long, for 3 days.   In case you think you will get hungry, you will be SURPRISED how filling this is....   a note on hunger- hunger is a feeling in the throat and mouth,  any stomach feelings are not hunger,  but toxins starting to be released when you've waited enough times between eating to allow your body to try to start cleansing....

You will get 2 quarts of prune juice
9 ounces of olive oil
3 gallons of juices of your choice (fresh juiced is best , but bottled will work) pick from 1 to 3 of the juices- as you will stay on ONE juice type for an entire day.  Pick single juices, not combos.  Like JUST tomatoe, or grape, or carrot, citrus, apple...   Make sure it is 100% juice, not a cocktail or drink which will be full of corn syrup and other false sugars.

fruit/vegs to match the juice- ie grapes for grape juice, tomatoes for tomatoe juice...  If you get hungry, on carrot juice day you can eat carrots,   on grape juice day you can eat grapes, etc...

3 gallons water (distilled is best).

1)  take 16oz plus of prune juice first thing in the morning.
2)1 - 2 tablespoons olive oil- this lubricates your bile ducts.
3) 8 oz of fluid every 1/2 hour.  alternate juice and water.

I juice cleanse every month- usually right around the first.  This is GREAT for body maintenance....

The information on the juice cleanse is courtesy of the school I am attending and has been used at least since the 1930's in this country.

Then we move onto Nourishing your body to help it overcome specific health issues- just about any issue even if you have been told you'll just have to live with it.  Some autoimmunes (due to the memory of the immune system) we can conquer, some we can manage quite well- those depend on how long the problem has been there,  how dedicated the person is to a no dairy, mucousless diet and in doing the cleanses.   And that is what the rest of this website is about.......

Incidentally,  if you are wondering if we really live this- we do.   I have the appropriate 1" layer of fat at my belly button for a female ( I just stay there eating like this,  I don't have to try to 'make it happen'),  my husband stays very close to his ideal 1/2" for a male.  We look much much younger than our ages, move good and feel good.   Considering I am post trauma and wasn't supposed to recover close to where I have, we feel blessed to have learned what we have over the years :O).

Yes,  we do eat an occassional cookie or something of that nature  (like maybe once a month I'll make a few)- but we make them ourselves with wholesome ingredients.   If they are not, boy I can tell you in a couple minutes as I'll feel a bit naseous.   We also find that if we don't keep the wrong stuff around,  we can't eat it... hmmmmm......  but once you're squeaky clean you won't want it anyways....
